Pub & Kitchen

Our menu at The Bank Pub and Kitchen is our pride and joy. We serve home cooked food prepared with love from fresh, locally sourced Scottish ingredients. All our meat, poultry and eggs are free range and traditionally reared, and our fish is from sustainable sources around the Scottish coast. The menu is a list of tried and tested favourites including our 100% Scotch beef burger, The Bank fish supper (served in yesterday's newspaper), home cooked comfort food, Scottish classics and light bar snacks. Food is served from midday to 10pm daily.

We host an extensive selection of Scottish whisky hand selected from the Islands, Highlands, Lowlands and Speyside. If you're not sure which one to try, our staff is always on hand to recommend and guide.   

If you are looking for the perfect cocktail, you'll find it at the Bank, with an extensive collection of classics plus some twists of our own.

Our beers, premium lagers and craft ale selection is one of the best on the Royal Mile and we also have a special little menu of hot toddy's, and Scottish coffees to warm your cockles.  Why not relax with an aperitif before hitting the Edinburgh nightlife with one of our made to order cocktails. 

Breakfast at The Bank

Our Bank Hotel breakfast will help prepare you for the day ahead and offer an extensive range of locally sourced, Scottish ingredients to make sure we deliver the best possible breakfast.  With freshly squeezed orange juice upon arrival to your favourite tea or coffee made to order, our chefs take pride in making sure your eggs are cooked to your liking.  Should your favourite breakfast treat not be on our menu, please speak to a member of staff who will consult our chef for you.  Served from 9am.
